Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for training the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming Lives through God's Unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three kids.
